Nickelodeon Philippines Holds its First Running Event: The Nickelodeon Slime Cup Run
The Nickelodeon Slime Cup Run was not your usual run - there were dogs, SpongeBob SquarePants, Patrick Starfish and, of course, slime! The ultimate summer activity for the family, I felt bad that my wife and son were not able to join me because of some health concerns; but I was excited because it was actually my first time to join an official run (the last one was a fun run back in high school).
The Slime Cup Run Race Categories
The three race categories were:
- The 3K run which was open to families, individual runners and runners in pairs
- The 1K race, open to individual runners; and dogs and owner pairs
- The 200m dash for kids 7 years old and below
